@AliSMV7 My comments. 600 mg bd of linezolid is an inappropriately high dose for a patient on intermittent haemodialysis. Second, linezolid TDM would have almost certainly enabled continuation of the drug at a lower dose. If linezolid is in the range of 2-7 thrombocytopenia is rare.

@noplaceforsheep I recently asked 3 men WALKING in the fast swimming lane to please move. I was called a f*ucking arrogant b*tch and told to f*ck off. When I asked a pool attendant to assist he said he hadn’t heard the conversation so would not act and would not move them. Women have it tougher.

@TheNoisyTrunk I am a specialist. I have only ever bulk billed both in the public and private sector. I can sleep at night with a clear conscience. I am paid a decent salary so why make more money at the expense (and misery) of others.
