@Qantas Qantas has terrible customer service. I have been dealing with flight cancellations with Qantas for weeks. Their customer service doesn't care and they keep telling lies.

@iRobot You may find you cannot start the job for various reasons like filling the tank, closing the lid, device is not connect etc. You may also find it cannot complete the job because of path block, localisation problem, stuck, docking issues....

@iRobot I do not recommend this product. It's not user friendly. I used it for about 50 times and had more than 30 times uncompleted jobs.

I was told I can start a new contact early but they didn't tell me I will lose my credit for my old contract!
