I've got a new video coming out later if you need some help sleeping.
I'd appreciate the views/subscribers that I can get.

I never fully appreciated what it takes for a product to go from concept to reality before last year.
Today @betterbiom released H2.O, a face wash which is the brainchild of @bowtiedfawn (resident skincare wizard).
I know almost nothing about skin care. Before I met @bowtiedfawn I washed my face once per day with whatever was on sale. I still don’t understand a lot of what certain ingredients to do cleanse, moisturize, and promote healthy aging but I’m her student in this department.
H2.O is something we started over 8 months ago and today it’s finally available.
This is the first time we’re releasing something in which I’m not the expert for its intended use. It’s funny because in one way I’m part of the creation, but in another I’m really just a satisfied customer.
I’ve been using this face wash since it was merely a 2oz sample tube and I’m finally starting to understand what kind of impact a well-formulated facial cleanser can do to your skin.
I’m incredibly proud of what Fawn created as a friend, and honored to have been part of it as a business partner. It’s been fun to take the passenger seat in the creative process of a product from start to finish.
The point of this post isn’t to convince you to ditch your face wash in favor of H2.O, but rather say that my heart is full, I’m happy to have a new favorite addition to my hygiene routine, and I can’t wait to see what you all think of it.
1/13 When you've finished reading this I hope you realise how utterly insane the whole cholesterol lowering game is, and that the pharma industry is having a laugh at your expense.
You are summoned to see your doctor. The conversation goes something like this. /2
I've never yet met a doctor who told his patients what the real side-effects of a drug are. In my experience, the doctor says 'you might have a slight headache for a day or so, a bit of diarrhea and a touch of nausea but they should pass quickly.
I did have a doctor who put me on a med that she said would cause insomnia so she gave me something to help me sleep.
For anyone that wants to know the real side-effects people experience from a drug, check out https://t.co/QFvHaSvSTU where people post reviews of the meds they're on. It's the good, bad and ugly of a drug. Some people will sing it's praising saying it saved their lives and others will claim it almost killed them and everything in between. It's a good way to get an idea of what to expect if you're taking a new med.
Today’s motivation comes from our own trainer Cam. He’s 51. This is a single leg zercher squat with 55lbs. He doesn’t train hours a day (maybe 3-4 days for 30-40 mins). He hammers basics and work’s progressive overload. Took him 12 weeks to get here. 💪🏻💪🏻
