@airbuddyapp It doesn’t show it in the menu bar (Like with AirPods), but in the AirBuddy Preferences → Devices → WH-1000XM4, you can choose Meeting mode which under AirBuddy Preferences → Audio → Meeting → Configure, has Transparency mode.
