@CitizenSuburbia @DanNeidle I'd prefer to see some allowances for those who are downsizing. It surely creates a massive barrier to moving from a house that's too big for you into a smaller cheaper property, if you then have to pay a tax on the purchase. End result is fewer family-sized homes being available

@jackoefc27 I’m torn on Moyes. One of my biggest frustrations with him is his willingness to put square pegs in round holes. It’s as if he always has to have at least one player out of position. Arteta on the wing for most of his Everton career (and/or Osman) being another example
