@IsabelOakeshott Great journalism babezzz.
How about reporting on mass genocide in Palestine???
Unfortunate your simply a back street gutter potato print journalist, itit.
@ellieflynn Why not make a report on parents allowing ther kids to go on these holidays? Enticement a word, sensationalism another, try reporting on weomen being sexually abused in India, the rape in Palestine, brutal FGM in Africa… This is not journalism, it’s C4 Ratings …
Lambeth Council have for years been ‘cocking’ the leaseholders books. It’s time to end this. Will a Labour government actually get-out-of-bed of this corruption???
"Trapped by the growth of the leasehold scandal - pay twice for services that people normally receive through paying council tax" @alistrathern
"The Government are quickly implementing the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024" @LucyMPowell#LeaseholdScandal@mtpennycook
This was the young man engulfed in flames…
His name was Sha’ban Ahmed
And given so much of our media won’t talk about him and others like him
We did.
It’s not our normal tone, but it had to be done.
New episode out of @TheTrawlPodcast out now in link below.
Israel is now committing war crimes in Lebanon and continuing them in Gaza.
Political leaders must do more than call for a ceasefire they know Israel will reject.
There needs to be real pressure on Israel, through sanctions and an end to arms sales to make it back a ceasefire.
I’m not buying this line of argument. Johnson knew, as everybody in the Conservative Party knew, that the Brexit referendum was about heading off the (over-stated) electoral threat from UKIP and simultaneously dealing with a fringe group of MPs in the party who were a distraction and wouldn’t shut up. Nobody, Johnson included, thought the country would actually vote for it. There was never going to be a White Paper because nobody sensible could think of anything to put in it. The expectation was that the electorate would sort the Conservative Party’s internal squabbles out for them by decisively rejecting it and all would be well. As an aside, we have the choice of continuing with this failed non-policy or not, and the current government have chosen to continue with it. I would love to see a White Paper laying out the case for staying out of the single market and customs union.
@IsabelOakeshott That’s rich coming from Isabel-end who looks like a cheep manaqyin made in the UK out of fibreglass, that’s been abandoned in a coastal sea side town with an ill fitting wirey wig hanging awkwardly, kept and unwanted, let alone useful anymore.
Out of date
It seems @BritishGas are just another bunch of CARTRL cowboys upselling, ripping off, breaking items and generally scamming the general public. Have you lot had enough of dishonesty?

Dear friends. I have decided to leave Twitter X. I am disgusted by the pro Israeli and extreme right wing stance that Elon Musk has decided very openly to adopt. He is not capable of, or able to maintain the neutrality that any great leader whether in business, politically, or in kingship must possess and abide by.
In short, he is an immoral man who has failed to adopt the free and open global network that the internet was designed to promote. In fact, he has shown the world how greed, megalomania, and the worst of capitalist ideals perverts the better path and future each of us deserves and are working towards.
Please, send this far and wide, leave the network as well and make a clear statement of truth, independence and the right for free speech with me.
Let’s act together and now. This is not just about Musk, it is about all authoritarian leaders with malign agendas worldwide.
Thank you and good night. Jonathan Tod 🌹🌹🌹
