@g__j Good morning Greg, over the last 4 days I have had over 70 bill movements either we have charged you or we have credited you. I know this must be a glitch, however my OCD can't cope. Currently over 3k in credit it was 4k. I believe no-one knows why. Do you?

@OctopusEnergy @krislord I have posted twice about my account being over 4K in credit. It is rather concerning a few years back it was the opposite and account said I owed more. Greg sorted that issue. Shoukd I message him again?

@EE had a text message this morning "Great News your broadband is now live" - What ?? I am with BT and not looking to be migrated . Also can't access any account. Not impressed

@ArgosHelpers I placed an order for 3 items using a gift voucher. Went to pick up and 1 item not available. Could I pick up 2 items that were waiting. no. I would have to cancel full order. Rebuy( I can't as a gift) then wait 5 days for refund. Strange practice 🤔

@marksandspencer can you advise what the policy is for returns. ie order value was £82. 3 items with free delivery. Returned 1 item £29.50. How much should be refunded.

@OctopusEnergy I would, however I used 8kwh more ( moved my car charge to that time and recieved 2p. Bill charged me high rate for car charge ..thanks @OctopusEnergy

@OctopusEnergy I am normally out during the day however was off and decided to charge car between 1 and 2 instead of using intelligent octopus.??
