That's Elisa Jordana was arrested and charged with domestic battery. The boyfriend was not charged because his actions were seen as self-defense.
She pleaded not guilty, but ultimately took a plea deal in July 2024. Sentenced to:
12 months of probation
45 hours of community service
Anger management classes
A mental health evaluation
A small fine
Nope. It's not.
It's a real incident. The woman's name is Elisa Jordana, who was once a writer on the Howard Stern Show.
She was arrested and charged with domestic battery. She pleaded not guilty, but she eventually took a plea deal which included:
12 months of probation
45 hours of community service
Anger management classes
A mental health evaluation
A small fine
The boyfriend was not charged, as his actions were seen as self-defense.
Starlight: Why are you doing this, huh? Risking your life for a man who wouldn't even piss on you if you were on fire.
The Deep: I'm his right-hand bro! He'll piss on me whenever I want!
That's not quite the flex he thinks it is.
Season 2: When The Deep, having been removed from The Seven, promises to "renew my light."
Stormfront: "Renew your light"? Did you just fucking join the Church of the Collective?
The Deep: Maybe.
Stormfront: You're an idiot.
The Deep: Hey, easy on the religious persecution, okay, new girl?
Stormfront's not exactly the most sympathetic character, but she's right this time.
Isn’t it interesting how some women seem to be so triggered by the very existence of men in shared space?
Reminds me that video you did about the woman who complained about some “pick-me” guys in the apartment gym. Because, according to her, “apartment gyms are for the . . . GUH-RILLS!”
Sounds like a possible explanation for their motives, but it still seems presumptuous. Yes, people like to give explanations when they break up, and it seems like the decent thing to do.
But it’s still not mandatory. No one is entitled to an explanation for a breakup, much less an affirmation.
@sapientiaetamor@LilyLilyMaynard Exactly. Consent is not up for debate. You can break up with someone for any reason or no reason, and no one is owed an explanation or holds veto power over your decision to break up.
@BodyRecompExprt@nikitabier I agree with Matt. Maybe porn accounts should be required to be marked as such and give the rest of us the option to block them all.
Yes, I'm aware of Annie's excuses. She was 13, not 3. She knew the difference between a lie and the truth. And Annie never accepted responsibility for her own actions. All she did was make excuses. "My mother told me to be ruthless."
Did her mother tell her to accuse a 13-year-old of having an orgy with the judges? And I doubt Annie's mother would have told her to accuse the judges of her competition of statutory rape.
And was her mother in her ear when she told Firecracker, "I don't talk to fat sluts"?
Yeah, her mother told her to be ruthless, but Annie certainly had the creativity and lack of moral reservation to go with the most sickening and outrageous of accusations.
"Oh, my mother manipulated me! I was jealous!"
That's right, Annie. Make excuses. Blame everyone else. Do everything except own it.
