Dear @JHBWater, are we in water shedding at Ferndale or is there an update I missed, because over 2 weeks now 6am we don't wave water? How are we supposed to bath? Do laundry if you take water at that time? As I type this. No water again! Not even 9am but 6am? THAT'S UNGODLY!

@CityPowerJhb Hi, why hasn't a tech assigned yet to #CP3538699? More than 30 hours later? Your call center isn't helpful at all, no one is answering ans just speaking to a robot yet its been saying I'm 1st in line in all the call attempts? You guys can do better than this💔

@CityPowerJhb I was told a tech woukd be assigned within 24 hours. I called now, 36 hours later, a tech hasn't been assigned? What kind of business are you guys running? I pay arm and lef for this electricity but when we have a crisis, you guys drag you feet. You can do way better than this!

@CityPowerJhb Thanks hopefully soon because it's an isolated incident affecting few houses, they cut the cables last night at about 22:30 and stolen the circuit breakers
