It’s clear they’ve been loved & compassionately cared for all their lives. Situations like this are always incredibly sad, no pet should have to lose their person & our hearts go out to them💔

We don’t know what else to do. We’ve shared and shared, we’ve written their story over and over — and still not a single application. These two beautiful Shar Pei siblings have been waiting for months, and it feels like nobody is listening. It’s breaking our hearts.
Their foster mum has gone above and beyond for them, but she can’t keep holding on forever. She needs to return to her own little rescue dog. Frank & Betty need a home now.
Frank & Betty (3 years old)
They’ve lost their mum. They’ve lost their home. All they’ve had left is each other. They are completely bonded — always curled up together, grooming each other, or play-fighting like the big, goofy “bears” they are.
Frank – A goofy, food-obsessed teddy bear who makes funny noises for attention, does his happy dance when excited, and lives for squeaky toys.
Betty – A shy, gentle sweetheart who paws quietly for affection. Once she trusts you, she’ll curl up right beside you. Outdoors is her happy place — pottering around the garden or exploring a secure dog field.
🐶 At Home
Big cuddle bugs who think your sofa (and bed) are theirs.
Loving, loyal, and happy just to watch the world go by from the window.
Can be left for a few hours (up to 5), but they’d much rather be with you.
No cats or small children
🐶 What They Need
A calm, patient home with a secure garden.
A big-hearted person (or family) willing to adopt a bonded pair.
Openness around their stage 2 kidney disease — but please don’t let this put you off. They are thriving on their special diet, the charity covers all medical costs, and their foster mum has even offered to help fundraise and cover holidays.
They’re only 3 years old. They have so much love and life to give. We can’t believe they’re still waiting — and it’s devastating to think they might never get their chance.
