On Thursday, the first six foundations for Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) were loaded onto the Orion using its crane, which is nearly as tall as the Statue of Liberty.
CVOW is the largest offshore wind project under construction in the U.S & will power up to 660,000 homes.
