Rumors r there that Govt asked IBA to finalize PSBs Wage Negotiations by December 2023!!!! Previously @DFS_India issued Circulars in 2016-17 to Banks to Finalize PSBs Wage Negotiation, but it settled in Nov 2020. IBA is illegal & Unconstitutional body with no defined purpose..
