@dakdevs I remember at my last job as soon as the team decided to turn off semicolons for JS, my first comment was, "This feels dirty," and it made my boss laugh.
After you get used to it though, it's hard to go back!
@YungWaff This is actually super common. People get high refresh rate monitors and never properly set it up all the time. Happened to me for the first few days too, but I've seen people who have gone over a whole year without realizing they've been playing at 60hz the whole time. 😋
@ryanflorence While it's nice to know the default behavior of things, I think the reality is that most of the time developers run event.preventDefault to implement their own custom form behavior that usually persists the page since SPAs are so common these days.
@sheridactyls This is why I just say PT for option coverage. I don't see a lot of people using it though, so I'm not sure if there's something technically wrong with it. 🤔
