EXTREMELY disappointed w/ @Clutter. Submitted claims for damages which were denied due to ‘preexisting conditions’. T&S sent me pictures used to make determination but 1) pictures were of OTHER ITEMS not being claimed 2) dirt & debris is now a preexisting condition?! WTF!?!
