First @Worthingparkrun of 2024! Parkrun has changed our lives. Anyone can do it and the best thing is you meet lovely people and you don't have to run! Aiming for more volunteering in 2024. @runwritekirsty there is even a book swap cabinet near the finish!

@Worthingparkrun 300th event this morning. Even the sun came out to celebrate with us all. Female course record smashed, mens course record equalled. Wonderful volunteers. Friendly runners. Ideal start to the weekend. I love @parkrun

@ChrisAskewCE @MrMotivator @BBCBreakfast I missed it too as I was doing a 5km run at our local @parkrun representing our GP practice! As practice manager I encourage staff and patients to join me every Saturday. Cheap shot at GPs.

@SteveBarclay @Daily_Express Why are the government obsessed with AI? We are working extremely hard in the NHS yet the government seems more inclined to invest in AI than us. Maybe listen to those doing the job as they know what is needed on the ground. The government don't have a clue.

@Worthingparkrun, I'm very proud of my husband, who ran his 100th parkrun today. @runwritekirsty being part of such a great parkrun family makes it all worthwhile. A big thank you to all the volunteers who make it happen every Saturday.
