@TMFanSupport Yeah, that is what they told me. I am just saying it is terrible customer service that someone orders tickets and you cannot apply the code within an hour of ordering.
@Ticketmaster I just ordered some tickets about 30 minutes ago and forgot to put in a promo code before hitting submit. Called in and chatted online and they wont honor it. Not good customer service!!
@vineyardvines I have sent messages on Facebook, instagram and sent an email about an order I placed and ordering more but havenโt heard anything back. Would love to hear back from someone!!
@VerizonSupport Iโve tried to call in multiple times this morning, tried to chat with someone online and tried to do this myself via my account. All I want to do is add my new Apple Watch and it is impossible to get someone to help. Customer service is less than ideal.
