In Twisha Sharma's death case, her mother-in-law and husband have been arrested and sent to 5 days CBI custody as Twisha's family claimed that they had subjected her to torture and harassment.

However, we donot see such prompt actions from authorities when such incidents occur with men.

A woman who fatally stabbed her husband during a sudden quarrel was spared jail by the Telangana High Court. The court upheld her conviction for culpable homicide but reduced her sentence from four years in prison to only a ₹500 fine.

According to the case, the husband had allegedly come to her parents' house, abused her and her family, and a heated argument broke out. In the heat of the moment, she stabbed him with a knife, causing his death.

According to a neighbour, his last words before dying were "Amma."

The post-mortem report revealed a deep stab wound to the neck that extended into the muscles, blood vessels, clavicle, ribs, and lung, causing fatal internal injuries.

The trial court sentenced her to four years of rigorous imprisonment along with a fine of ₹500.

The woman paid the fine but moved high court regarding the 4 years of imprisonment.

The High Court ruled that the act was not premeditated and fell under Exception 4 of Section 300 of the IPC, which applies when a death occurs during a sudden fight, without prior planning, in the heat of passion, and without undue cruelty. Considering these circumstances, the court took a lenient view and removed the prison sentence, retaining only the fine.

This girl who claims she was not heard by the entire system because of Kuldeep Singh Sengar, a gangrape case was registered immediately on 21 June 2017, again on the basis of just her statement and Shubham, Naresh and Brajesh were all arrested in that case. Only mistake of Sengar was to protect a woman and a young girl being dragged into the case. Miffed, this girl's uncle prepared a script to implicate Sengar in Rape case.

To any woman who thinks I am wrong in this case: This girl claims Shashi Singh took her to Sengar's house for job on 4 June 2017 where she was raped. She then claims that Shashi Singh told her again on June 11 that she will get a job for her now in Kanpur and arranged a car for her at 10pm.

Please tell me if any girl would accompany a person if they've already got her raped by someone????? Is Shashi Singh not a woman? She spent 22 months behind the bars but was found totally innocent by the court and acquitted. CBI couldn't find trace of any phone call between either Shashi and Sengar or Shashi and this girl

How did the crime happen then? How did the rape happen then? Shashi Singh has been screaming and shouting for her innocence for 9 years but NO ONE CARES

Kuldeep Singh Sengar DID NOT RAPE this girl because she was speaking with Naresh Tiwari from 7:52pm till 8:30pm and CDRs prove that. Trial court judge discarded this evidence because phone of her mother in which this number was being used was not seized by CBI.

I would say it is always good to be transparent with employer but fact is that many companies don't care at all even if it's a false case & withdraw the offer as soon as they're told.
