You cannot change your name because you have booked this flight with your WIZZ Discount Club membership. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

@wizzair I've done it twice! Customer service refused to change the name or give me a refund in order to buy another ticket because it has been bought through my account. I didn't even realise I was logged in, so why I can't use that money (plus a top-up) to buy a ticket for someone else?
