@geekyranjit@amazonIN I have similar issue with recent order for asus router. I placed the order on 19th and it says delivery will happen between 24 to 28th Sept. Now it's showing under prime with next day delivery. Seller is same but they bumped the price by 600.
@bigbasket_com@BandBajaateRaho I have contacted your via DM earlier for the same issues and were promised it will be fixed. I am outraged by your service. I wasted entire day so that I don't miss the delivery and at 8:30 you just cancel the order? are you f**ing kidding me?
This is happening even after escalating it multiple times in the past. your service has gone to dogs. I will ensure not to recommend your service to anyone. This is really sick to lie to your customers, decline the order if you can't fulfill them instead of making silly excuses.
@bigbasket_com what kind of people you guys hire? They are calling and complaining about Road condition and discouraging to order from BB. I have been using the service for years but highly disappointed. Order is delayed with no accountability. @BandBajaateRaho@jagograhakjago
