@GAVGT21 @MustangMelly21 @John_Thomo14@Teggy79 @UpWith_Apple @MetalHeadRacin@harrismonkey BEV, petrol and diesel should all be replaced by Hydrogen Fuel Cells because:
1) All the benefits of Electric motors
2) All the benefits of Fossil fuels
3) None of the downsides of fossil fuels or BEVs.
4) Clean drinking water as the only byproduct
Win / Win / Win / Win
@learnsmartuk @RalphHosier@karlmccartney If you think hydrogen is “an answer provided only by big oil” you need to read more.
They have formed partnerships to pivot their businesses, sure, but they are far from the only interested parties
@MidgetPope@sodiumlights@anon_opin There are numerous companies, particularly in Europe (which has received better funding and is further advanced towards h2 adoption) that are ramping up production, and thereby reducing costs, of composite tanks for mobility applications
@MidgetPope@sodiumlights@anon_opin 2/3 correct. We have been safely and effectively storing h2 for decades; as a gas, as a liquid, and through conversion to compounds with a larger molecular structure.
@anon_opin It isn’t necessarily dead; Toyota have run ICE very successfully on hydrogen. The only emission is steam
EVs are the future, but FCEV’s not BEV’s.
Also, for the money, Teslas are woeful
At this Capitol Heights facility, we’re using hydrogen fuel cells to power forklifts, pallet jacks, and tow motors. This project is saving an estimated 2.1 million kWhs annually – enough electricity to power 270 average homes for one year! Learn more at https://t.co/YF4zWCYGAs
@HassiumQ Just like it was impossible to manufacture a Covid vaccine in a year - until it wasn’t.
And it was impossible to go to the moon - until it wasn’t.
And people would die if they went faster than a horse can gallop - until they didn’t.
@dillzilla99 @tryingMybestIV @harrismonkey So that guy in the 1320 videos with the stripped Tesla. Uses 3% battery per 1/8th mile race.
3% = 1/8th
24% = 1 mile
Do P100 Tesla’s have a range of under 5 miles?
