@BritishGasHelp over and hour and half on hold, passed though 3 people non of whom know why you have taken nearly £900 from our account without warning. Only missed the mortgage and other payment because of this. 👍🏼🤦🏻

@BritishGasHelp It’s not resolved. I’ve been told their is nothing you can do. You can take the money and not tell me but make not attempt to help get it back. Honestly I don’t understand at all.

@BritishGasHelp @BritishGas So actually almost 2 hrs for someone to say that don’t know why I’ve been charged £853 in stead of £100, spoke to 4 people and. On one can give me an answer. So it ok to just take almost £900 without notifying me. It you can’t do anything to help give it back.

@BritishGas I wonder how you sleep at night. a catalog of errors, setting up, changing direct debits, getting help. Every time someone helps, account gets in more debt. The idea of helping is to help not mess it up more. What are we supposed to do, to get a half decent service.

@HM_Passport a totally messed up system. As a Father refused a passport, but my wife can apply for my son. Say 5 weeks waiting time, waited 7, holiday for a wedding in 2 weeks. #useless. Can you make it any more stressful and difficult just for the sake of it. 🤷🏻
