Ordered clothes on Wednesday, paid £9.99 for unlimited delivery within 2 days, I only bought this as I wanted my clothes delivered by Friday. Now, it says they won't be delivered until Saturday? I go away on Saturday so that's no good to me and not what I paid for? @mandmdirect

@edfenergy On what number? He was dealing with your 3rd party co, and he rang them back to confirm the above. They still couldn't help . He doesn't want to ring AGAIN and then "we can't help, go to our 3rd party co". Fed up of going round in circles, feel like this gov scheme is a scam

@edfenergy My friend applied for "ECO boiler rep scheme". After a visit, hes now been told you aren't doing the scheme? Why send someone? My friend was told £240 a week ago, now he has been told as EDF don't do it anymore it would be over £1100? And it's still on your website?

It's been nearly two months since I raised my Thomas Cook Chargeback dispute. Still not my money back, and I am constantly chasing you. You keep sending me the ATOL link and I keep telling you it isn't protected hence why I need a chargeback. @HSBC_UK this is disgusting. Help!!
