The app is quick to navigate and bypasses the need to login unipay or billdesk. Decision to levy convenience charges levied last month were also rolled back.

One boi employee told me that I can't open a savings account with them as I had 3 bank accounts already with other banks (even said it's RBI rule). Had to go another branch (took 4 attempt to get everything operational)

@bethalaluka Their website shows a section to open digital account but that link does not work. Their net banking app is buggy and lethargic. Staff is untrained. Even though my kyc was done using aadhaar still had to submit all the copies of documents

@bethalaluka I also noticed the same issue when I went there to open savings account and RSDC. An employee in one branch told me I cannot get more than 3 savings account across banks (said its RBI rule). When I went to the other it took me 3 visits to get the account opened and dc working.

After late start to CBSE reevaluation portal, students now find that payment can ONLY be made via SBI, Canara Bank, Bank of Baroda or Indian Bank.

So if a student or their parents don’t have an account in these banks, they can’t apply for reevaluation!
