It has already been a week since the opening of the Jenna School. During this time, we distributed pens, notebooks, and school bags to the students, and the children have gradually begun to settle into their classes and interact with their teachers.

The teachers are working on grounding the children in the fundamentals of reading and writing, teaching them letters and numbers in both Arabic and English, as well as how to form simple sentences by identifying and naming the objects around them.

It is a great start, and one that holds great hope for the children. Thanks again to everyone who has worked tirelessly and donated time and money to make the Jenna School a reality.

We must ensure that the Jenna School succeeds and we turn to you to cover the running costs and a daily snack for the children.

😓I cannot find the will to continue with this hell of a life, my friends, and I feel like I am losing touch with myself and everything around me. If I cannot help the cats or provide my children with the necessities to survive, what point is there in going on every day? But still I must try, my friends, because my daughter and son need me, my wife and family needs me, and the cats on the streets and in my home and workshop have nobody else looking out for them.
