It's been a long time since I've heard a story as touching as that of Husaina Iliyasu and her husband. It's truly amazing how she was able to crack a smile a few times while narrating the whole ordeal. She is indeed a resilient woman. I’d like to take this opportunity to call on the Minister of State for Defence, @bellomatawalle1, and my esteemed principal, on behalf of the Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla @NigerianNavy, to please look into this matter and ensure that justice is served for Seaman Abbas and his family.

PS. I won’t be quick to condemn MS Adamu until i hear his side of the story, because everybody deserves a fair hearing. Is he guilty as they say or not and what warrants him to carryout such inhumane actions?
