Bought ₹6000 John Jacob glasses and the hinge got detached without any damage or breakage.

Got it repaired at a Lenskart store, and it got detached AGAIN.

Such poor quality at this price point is unacceptable. Expected much better durability.

@daily_objects the wallet quality is very poor. The leather keeps on tearing off with even regular usage and the wallet looks horrible now.

Even after classifying this as a premium leather product, the quality is nowhere near good.

Initiate a replacement for this please.

But Samsung decided to include a decade-old remote that doesn’t even support voice control.
It’s absurd that a flagship “AI TV” ships with hardware that belongs in 2010.

Ordered a Samsung Vision AI 55” TV (₹43K) on 12th July from @Flipkart. It reached my local hub on the 15th. Delivery guy called on 16th, said he can’t deliver that day — promised next day. I agreed. Since then, no delivery attempts at all.
