@Limitless_Noman Please, I’m asking you to help me bring this matter to Mr. @Khldfx and @avikkfp ’s attention. I acknowledge that a violation was detected, but I had absolutely no intention of deceiving or exploiting the company. I simply bought a used phone from a family member who had stopped trading. I never imagined that this purchase could lead to a CID match and the permanent closure of my accounts. Today marks more than 26 days since I received the worst news of my life. For the past 26 days, I have been going through a deep psychological crisis and depression because three accounts that I had hoped would change my life were closed.

These three accounts meant everything to me. They were my most valuable opportunity to turn my life around, support my family, save enough money to buy a home for them, and finally stop renting. I had so many hopes and dreams tied to these accounts, but in a single moment, all those dreams were shattered.

The reason behind this situation was that I purchased a used phone from a family member who trades with @fundingpips . I never imagined that buying that phone could lead to so much pain, sadness, and hardship in my life.
