@seyimakinde Why not launch another first. After/ before concluding 2019 phantom budget review, allocate development funds to each LGA/council in Oyo, let the people do bottoms up budget planning/allocation. Manage with LGA funds going direct to them

@DrOlusesan @naijama Preventive healthcare is better than wastage of public funds on needless cost. Okada that lead to amputation cases was banned on highways, people complained, including court cases. State of hygiene is terrible. It’s when economy is in comatose, military is unnecessarily visible
