@Uber_Support when a driver calls after accepting and then hangs up and cancels bc the destination is the airport that’s horrible service. The trip doesn’t even show up in history so it can be reported. On my 3rd driver, at a higher fee and 20 mins late. #Frustrating #BadBusiness
