@ShreeAnjani I have sent a mobile phone by courier but by mistake I forgot to mention this to your courier guys and I have sent the parcel on 7th June and the very next day they have stopped parcel in Rajkot and today I called them they said I'll have to pay the penalty of 1000

Do you guys even considering my complaint or not or should I go to the consumer forum and deal this with legal actions taken by the government or what dont have reputation to save or you have no reputation bcoz of trash after sales services of your brand or what ?

I mean don't you test your TVs before putting in to the global market, i ordered a tv and 2 days after delivery your tv stoped working it does not even start and when I first time ran you tube in the tv and after Playing a video for several minutes it stoped.

@Flipkart is in as dark as I am when it comes to the courier traking and courier partner and all, like idk where my product is right now nether do Flipkart the provided 0 help with the tracking details

DO HELL WITH YOUR DELIVERY SYSTEM AND CC SUPPORT THE PROMISE DATE OF DELIVERY YOU ARE NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT AND STILL NOT HELPING ME WITH THE ADDRESS CHANGE AND EVERYTHING AND GIVING ME SAME ANSWER AGAIN AND AGAIN THAT NOTHING CAN HAPPEN WITH A 40K PRODUCT.
