“I’ve now been disrupted at a podcast about Jewish entrepreneurs, at the opening of a Jewish community centre, and at a fireside chat about building companies. None of those events had anything to do with politics. The only common thread is me, a proud Jew, on a stage.”
Thank you @harleyf for saying it like it is.

We should treat @harleyf as a Canadian hero. He's a wealth and job creator when our country needs them most.
Meanwhile, anti-Semitic losers like Yves Engler have done nothing with their lives but moan and blame others for their failures.
Canada gifts 250 maple trees to the US be planted in Washington and across the 13 U.S. border states. PM Carney says “On behalf of the Government of Canada, I extend my best wishes to the American people as they celebrate the United States’ 250th birthday.”
Happy Canada Day to our friends north of the border! Did you know that by the end of WWII, Canada had the third largest naval fleet in the world after the United States and the United Kingdom?#CanadaDay
Bryan Adams has lived in London for 30 years.
Maybe he and Mike Myers can start a club: Canadians Who Left Canada for Tax Reasons, but Who Still Have a Lot to Say to the Rest of Us.
You know what’s not “fair”?
The 40k Iranians who will never watch a football match again because the regime you represent slaughtered them in the streets for protesting.
If Iran and Egypt don't want to see Pride flags at their match in Seattle, that's just too damn bad.
LGBTQ folks were intentionally erased in Qatar in 2022 due to "respect for local culture."
Seattle supports LGBTQ people. Respect the local culture.
So when the World Cup was in Qatar, we were all told we had to conduct ourselves in accordance with Islamic society. Now that the World Cup is being held in the West, we are still being told we need to conduct ourselves in accordance with Islamic values.
Interesting...
I thought of a new business model:
> build shitboxes.
> donate to Liberal Party.
> put a ridiculous price on them that the market won't pay.
> complain to your Liberal Party insiders.
> Liberal Party comes up with an idea to turn these into affordable units.
> Taxpayers buy the overpriced shitboxes the market won't, instead of selling them at market prices.
> buy a Bentley.
I am a lifelong Democrat. I served in the White House for President Clinton, in the State Department for Madeleine Albright, and with the United Nations in Cambodia. I believe the most important role of any government is to protect the most vulnerable people in society and create an environment where everyone can realize their fullest potential. So it gives me no pleasure to have come to the following conclusion:
The American left, including the left wing of the Democratic Party, is currently embracing an orgy of virulent antisemitism.
Canadians aren’t angry enough.
Housing is unaffordable
Schools are propaganda
15 year olds can shoot up fentanyl but can’t access social media
Unfettered Immigration has destroyed the country
People are dying in hospital waiting rooms
Groceries are unaffordable
Gas is through the roof
The government can shut down opposing views and control media
The PM can buy MPs
The CCP can threaten Canadians
Our military is broken
Indian gangs are shooting up homes and threatening federal cops
You can’t see a dr in the same day
But you can be euthanized the same day with a smile.
I keep praying people will wake up… I have a feeling I will be praying my entire life.
Read this MP's statement:
The details revealed by Toronto Police today are deeply disturbing. Police allege that anonymous actors are recruiting young people through encrypted messaging apps, paying them to carry out shootings targeting sites of Jewish life, including synagogues, Jewish schools, and the U.S. Consulate following escalation in the middle east.
To receive payment, the shooters are reportedly required to film their crimes. This is unprecedented and terrifying.
We still do not know who is directing these attacks. Whether this is organized crime, domestic terrorism, an international terror network, or some combination of the three, one thing is clear: the threat facing Toronto’s Jewish community is serious, organized, and unacceptable.
.....
The reality is that nothing Mayor Chow, Premier Ford, or Prime Minister Carney have done so far has been enough to stop this escalating campaign of hatred and violence.
The Jewish community has endured repeated attacks, threats, and acts of intimidation, and now police are describing coordinated networks paying young people to carry out shootings on their behalf.
This demands an unprecedented response. All levels of government must come together with law enforcement and community leaders to develop and implement a coordinated strategy to identify those directing these attacks, disrupt their networks, protect vulnerable institutions, and keep people safe.
The question Ontarians should be asking is simple: what are our leaders going to do now? ....
Unless you’re a citizen of the country, you’re a guest & misbehaving guests, never mind those who commit criminals acts, have no right to be there.
I’d thought this to be common sense—but it’s obviously not and 🇨🇦 should absolutely follow our Swedish ally’s example:
