Yesterday, we filed our post-hearing brief with @NLRB.

The @ACLUofIL told the Board that they're "fully supportive" of our right to unionize. But their ongoing effort to exclude more than 50% of our unit tells the real story. #1u #UnionStrong

This organization’s endemic issues will not be solved by targeting one individual. We remain united in support of Justice, and in support of all of our colleagues in our fight to obtain a fair collective bargaining agreement.

We encourage the ACLU of Missouri to treat its employees in a manner that is consistent with its organizational values. Management has demonstrated an overall lack of respect for staff by its continuous refusal to communicate openly and transparently.
