Heading home on a 6 am flight from Phoenix after three productive weeks on the road. While this has been the longest time I have spent away from the family, I am blessed to have their support in our meaningful work.
For 15+ years I have battled post traumatic stress by trying to help others. Being able to help those in the worst of situations has been extremely healing for me. I will be homeless Thursday night to raise $15,000 for the @CovenantHouseTX. Please Support!

I would put Jonathan's journey and achievements on my top 5 proudest moments as an entrepreneur and business owner.
Jonathan has been a team member for the past two years. Today he became the first homeowner in his family's history.
While neither of us were absent of fear, we both witnessed acts of courage much greater than our own. In honor of National Purple Heart Day, I like to share an image of my grandfather Sidney who was awarded a Purple Heart for being wounded in Rhineland-1944 and mine in Iraq-2006.
The expansion of #apprenticeships for #disabled populations has always been a top priority for ACS, resulting in more than 26% of our FY20 newly enrolled apprentices having self-identified as disabled. We #one in the nation among programs with 100 or more new apprentices!
Congratulations to Adaptive Construction Solutions, recipient of NAWDP's 2021 Workforce Employer of the Year award, for their work providing apprenticeship programs to underserved populations.

@DanCrenshawTX Our prayers are with you! I have a hard time reading for long periods due to my TBI. I have become an audiobook addict. Check out Gates of Fire written by Steven Pressfield, and narrated by George Guidall.
We proudly support training programs that drive economic empowerment in our community. At the @ABCHouston Workforce Development Breakfast, ACS presented a check to @CMEFHouston. We appreciate your work for the Greater Houston area!
