NYT tweeted this to its 55 million followers and it has under 500 retweets - presumably suppressed due to the link out. “John Kelly, Donald Trump’s longest-serving chief of staff, said Trump met the definition of a fascist and would try to govern like a dictator if elected”
@VetWarrior76 @DavidRF34 @JoyceWhiteVance So you’ll jump that easily onto the bandwagon of one dumbshit ruling from an incompetent judge…
I assume you’re also in favor of vacating the ruling against Hunter Biden.
@GingerLoughery@TruthHurtzz123@SpencerHakimian I’m pretty sure it cannot be used as precedent. Especially when there are actual federal cases that have ruled in favor of a special counsel being constitutional. Those would seem like the precedent.
@blankslate2017 You appear to be the only person who believes this. Most opinions I’ve read say the best case scenario seems like a 5-4 with significant carve outs for the trial and that’ll take months.
@blakeelens@OnlyVeesAz Yeah let it be the neighbors problem that your cat likes to roam and start fights with other cats and murder birds, leaving their carcasses on their patio
