The price for, and lack of access to the AB Envelope is the result of mfg policy. They cost almost nothing to produce - I know this - I helped launch TyRx in the U.S. before it was acquired.
@Epeeps should all demand AB envelope prices come down to facilitate widespread use
@kevin_parrottMD 2 companies make an FDA approved, extra large curve (60mm) that seems to be beneficial in VT ablation. EverPace and Synaptic. I have seen them in action, and the extra 10mm really seems to offer an advantage.

@GordonRamsay we are at dinner - well known steak place in Phoenix. We can see the chef. Our 7 y/o daughter just quietly announced “he just used the tongs on steak and asparagus- that’s cross contamination.” Thank you for remotely educating our children on how to properly cook.
