@kyrib Perhaps there are two system marginal prices - one up (30), one down (20)? Similar to the way generators can bid different prices to raise / lower generation.
@fchollet I wonder which of the individualistic West or the communal East is the better culture - the West does seem more powerful but at a significant cost of loneliness, especially when that power is used to dominate other people, animals and the environment.
