I had to speak with multiple agents and supervisors, repetitively tell them I cannot receive mail at my land location and it needs to be sent to mailing address. They didn’t seem to believe me and agreed to make a “one time concession” when in reality they should update policy
Hey world don’t bank with @TangerineBank if you live in a rural area that doesn’t receive mail or courier. Policy is to mail bank cards for new clients to their home address even if it’s not their mailing address. Save yourself the 45+ mins on the phone and bank elsewhere

@ABDanielleSmith people will die if healthcare gets privatized in AB. If I had to pay to see my GP while struggling with my depression I would not have been able to afford it. I would have committed suicide instead of getting the help I needed.
Even an increase in minimum wage would not allow for many Albertans to afford healthcare. Not that you’d ever think about taking care of your working class…..
Every now and again I hear someone saying, "imagine needing to take a medication for the rest of your life just to function," and I sigh with exasperation.
