@Ryanair I think the @Ryanair team are very clever with their data on millions of customers. They know how to use message boards and apps to keep customers waiting and hoping to get away while minimising costs of cancellations and claims.
@Ryanair my family and I are on flight FR2466 to Malaga. We arrived 6am and flight expected to depart at 5:20pm. So far just £3 each for a drink! Really is that good customer service? Waiting over 10 hours. The weather is out of your control but £3 is not fair & proportionate.
Finally after more than 13 hours waiting in the airport and a whopping £9 compensation per person. We are on our flight to Malaga. Almost all Jet 2 flights have been taking off today to fly all over Europe and @Ryanair seem to be using tactics to keep costs low.

@Ryanair I’m at @LBIAirport with my family waiting 4 hours now for our Christmas holiday to Spain FR2447 to Malaga. I appreciate you can’t control the bad weather but to get a £3 voucher for a soft drink is pretty rubbish. Especially when the tills don’t accept these 😱
@AliPaterson @PetsatHome @manypets_uk My cat had something similar and it was treated as a rat bite. The Vet cleaned it all up and gave medication and he was fine after a couple of weeks.

@nsandihelp complaint Ref. 1000327197 was logged weeks ago and has still not had any resolution about the issue. My wife also made a separate complaint 10 days ago and still no reply.

@PHHotelsResorts can you please help. We just checked out of the Cancun hotel and arrived at the airport to find one of our bags is missing. It was left at the hotel and contains my sons wallet, driving license and bank card
@RedwoodDarren@TUIUK So Manchester airport security was amazing. Fast track had us all through in less than 10 mins! @TUIUK screwup again! Plane at the gate for 2 hours but didn’t get cleaned so now we are all waiting AGAIN. Surely this is basics to get right. Last TUI holiday for us I think!!
@TUIUK there about 150 of us including young kids waiting in line at Manchester airport T2. We all got here 2 hours ago for day before bag drop and only one member of staff has been on. I know there was an incident but that was over 2 hours ago. I’m sure this could be better!!
Ok I guess no reply means there are just as few staff monitoring social media. These poor kids are exhausted and there hasn’t been a single member of staff come and see us all in over an hour.

I have a ring doorbell that records all visits and no one came to my house that day. The driver never called me and neither did the store. Very disappointing service. Order Ref. 8962119001536
@asda My Christmas food order was never received and I asked for a refund on Dec 23. I still haven’t received a refund plus I had to spend 3 hours going to a different shop. When I complained on Dec 23 they said the driver rang the doorbell and no one answered.
