.@SajjanarVC_IPS Sir, the family of deceased Mohammed Rashed Razvi, a resident of Misrigunj, has approached me seeking justice.

On 31 Aug 2026, Rashed allegedly recorded a self-video naming financier Zaker and stating that he was being harassed and pressured to pay ₹5 lakh despite having repaid the money taken from him. He subsequently jumped into Jalpally Talab under Pahadi Shareef PS limits.

The matter was immediately brought to the notice of Pahadi Shareef Police, and the NDRF was informed. Due to it being night, the body could not be retrieved. On 4 Sept, after three days, the body surfaced and was sent to Osmania General Hospital Mortuary for postmortem.

Sir, the most serious question is: why has financier Zaker not been arrested or subjected to immediate custodial questioning despite the deceased allegedly naming him in his own self-recorded video?

The family is also alleging that efforts are being made to divert the investigation and portray the death as a suicide connected to a loan from Muthoot Finance, instead of investigating the allegations against Zaker.

I request you to urgently intervene, ensure that the deceased's video is preserved as crucial evidence, verify all financial transactions, call records and communications, examine the circumstances of the alleged harassment, and question all persons connected with the case.

Any attempt to influence the investigation or shield any person must be stopped.

I also request you to examine the alleged delay by the Inspector of Police, Pahadi Shareef PS, and take strict action if any negligence, deliberate delay or attempt to protect the financier is established.

The bereaved family deserves a fair, impartial and transparent investigation—not a manipulated version of events.

SR Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, achieved a landmark conviction in a POCSO case. On April 13, 2026, XII Additional Sessions Judge Smt. T. Anitha at Nampally sentenced the accused to rigorous life imprisonment.

On May 11, 2024, a 9th-grade girl home for holidays reported severe stomach pain and was admitted to Ameerpet Government Hospital. Medical tests confirmed pregnancy; she delivered a baby boy. Inquiry revealed neighbor Madakaru Srinivasulu exploited her play visits to his home, sexually assaulting her and causing the pregnancy.

After a thorough trial with SR Nagar Police evidence, the court convicted 26-year-old Madakaru Srinivasulu of Dasaram Basthi, B.K. Guda, Hyderabad (native: Guntakal, Anantapur). Sentence: life imprisonment, Rs. 10,000 fine (or 6 months simple imprisonment default), plus Rs. 10 lakhs victim compensation.
