The legislature has officially overridden the veto on SB 30 — restoring accountability and ensuring new occupational licensing rules go through elected lawmakers.

That means fewer unchecked regulations and more transparency for Kansans.

This week HB 2602 was also signed into law! This will allow Kansas to expand opportunity while protecting the freedom to work on Kansans’ own terms.
