@abughazalehkat I'm sorry. It happened to me in Venice in 2016. Same, one drink in a bar alone. Then my husband met up with me shortly afterwards and told me quite the story the next day. I don't remember any of it. The nausea and other symptoms the next day were the same as you describe.
