Kashmeer, son of Akhtaran Bakhlani Bugti, was forcibly disappeared by ISI personnel from Karachi’s Saddar area two days ago. Later he was taken to the Doli area of Dera Bugti and handed over to death squad operative Shahnawaz Chakrani. Today, his body was found in Doli bearing bullet wounds.

Kashmeer had been working as a laborer in factories in Karachi for several years. The incident has raised serious concerns over enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings in Balochistan.

Dera Bugti: A military operation is underway in several areas of Sui, including Lanju and Seghari.

A large number of Pakistani troops, accompanied by death squad personnel, have occupied a school in Seghari and established a checkpoint there.

Since Friday evening, Pakistani forces have been firing mortar shells and using quadcopter to drop bombs on the civilian population.

Deeply saddened by the passing of Nawabzada Jameel Bugti.

He was the son of Shaheed Nawab Akbar Bugti and the uncle of Nawab Brahumdagh Bugti. His death is not only a loss to the family but to the entire nation. May Allah grant him a place in His mercy.

Pakistan’s Frontier Corps and CTD have launched a massive crackdown in Dera Bugti, Balochistan. Ten people, including an elderly woman, have been forcibly disappeared as preparations for a military operation intensify to pave the way for oil and gas exploration.

A 65-year-old woman, the wife of Shahal Mamdazi Bugti, was taken by the FC from Pirkoh town. Meanwhile, nine others were forcibly disappeared by the CTD from Dera Bugti town.

The identities of the missing individuals are:
1.Arbaz, son of Akram Khan Bugti
2.Qasim Ali, son of Lemo Khan Bugti
3.Jabbar Khan, son of Hayat Bugti
4.Mateen, son of Hayat Bugti
5.Sajjad, son of Bilal Bugti
6.Amin, son of Noor Din Bugti
7.Rahzan, son of Dad Mohammad Bugti
8.Deen Mohammad, son of Raheem Bux Bugti
9.Dost Ali, son of Malook Bugti

17 March 2005: 21 years ago, the Pakistan Army launched a massive bombardment on the small town of Dera Bugti, using heavy artillery, gunships, and fighter jets. More than 70 people were killed and over 200 injured, including women and children, among them family members of Shaheed Nawab Akbar Bugti. Hundreds of homes were destroyed, and thousands were displaced.

Since then, the army’s campaign has continued, expanding across Balochistan.

Today, we remember and pay tribute to the victims of this tragedy.

A 16-year-old boy, Abdullah Baloch, has reportedly been forcibly disappeared from Gwadar, Balochistan by Pakistan’s paramilitary forces.

This is not an isolated case, families across Balochistan continue to search for loved ones taken without warrants, charges, or answers. Enforced disappearances, intimidation, and silence cannot be the norm for any society.

The world must pay attention to what is happening in Balochistan. Every disappeared person is a family left in anguish and a community living in fear.

Mass killings of forcibly disappeared Baloch activists are being reported across Balochistan. Eight people were extrajudicially killed in a staged encounter by Pakistani forces in Quetta, and six bullet-riddled bodies were found in Rakhni, Balochistan.

This morning, a man identified as Long, son of Jalav Bugti, was forcibly disappeared by the CTD in front of a court in Dera Bugti.

پیپلز پارٹی کے ہر دورِ حکومت میں بلوچستان میں فوجی آپریشنز اور قتل و غارت گری میں اضافہ دیکھنے میں آیا ہے۔
1970 کی دہائی میں بلوچستان میں فوجی کی گئی۔ 1990 کی دہائی میں ڈیرہ بگٹی میں ڈیتھ اسکواڈ تشکیل دے کر بگٹی قبیلے کو آپس میں لڑایا گیا۔ 2008 میں بلوچستان میں جبری گمشدگیوں اور لاشیں پھینکنے کا سلسلہ بھی پیپلز پارٹی کے دورِ حکومت میں شدت اختیار کر گیا۔ اور اب دوبارہ پیپلز پارٹی نے بلوچستان کو فوج کے ساتھ مل کر ایک بار پھر بدامنی کی طرف دھکیل دیا ہے، جہاں قتل و غارت گری اور فوجی آپریشن بدستور جاری ہیں اور ڈیتھ اسکواڈز کو کھلی چھوٹ دی گئی ہے۔

پاکستانی ریاست کی جانب سے بلوچ ریپبلکن پارٹی کے صدر اور بلوچ رہنما نواب براہمدغ بگٹی اور دیگر بلوچ سیاسی رہنماؤں کے سروں کی قیمت مقرر کرنا ایک دہشت گردانہ اور جارحانہ اقدام ہے۔ یہ فیصلہ واضح کرتا ہے کہ ریاست اختلافِ رائے کو برداشت کرنے کے بجائے اسے دبانے، خاموش کرانے اور خوف پھیلانے کی پالیسی پر گامزن ہے۔

اس سے قبل ریاستی ادارے بلوچستان کے مختلف اضلاع میں مختلف جرائم پیشہ افراد پر مشتمل ڈیتھ اسکواڈ تشکیل دے کر سیاسی کارکنوں اور ان کے خاندانوں کو نشانہ بناتے رہے ہیں۔ اب ریاست خود مکمل طور پر ایک ڈیتھ اسکواڈ کی شکل اختیار کر چکی ہے جو سروں کی قیمت مقرر کر کے سیاسی رہنماؤں کو نشانہ بنانے کا کھلم کھلا اعلان کر رہی ہے۔ ایسے اقدامات ریاستی دہشت گردی کے مترادف ہیں۔

عالمی برادری اور انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں کو اس خطرناک پیش رفت کا فوری نوٹس لینا چاہیے اور اس طرزِ عمل کو روکنے کے لیے مؤثر اقدامات کرنے چاہیے۔

Today's situation in Balochistan is the direct outcome of marginalizing Baloch voices for years, brutally suppressing the youth every time they try to raise grievances peacefully, and protecting the war profiteers who only gain from keeping the Balochistan unstable.
The old mindset that brute force will crush the Baloch movement has failed repeatedly, yet it never stops.
Every new leadership arrives convinced their predecessors simply didn't apply enough force, that this time they'll finally "teach the Baloch a lesson." And every single time, they fail miserably.
They lost Bangladesh with the exact same mindset, through arrogance and overreliance on military suppression instead of addressing genuine grievances, and it seems they're willingly repeating that history in Balochistan today
