@virginmedia Online it states everything is fine but you acknowledge the issue on your telephone line when you call. So your online service status is not correct.

@virginmedia has the worst customer service. Their service is down, so they provide a lame excuse via text then when you call for updates they cut you off because it's just easier to take your money and make you wait.

@virginmedia Yes. There is a known outage in the area which is expected to last 7 days! What is your procedure for compensation?
