@bengalisgirl @PanaService_UK Just raised a complaint about an expensive, failed microwave (only 14 months old). They’re not willing to recognise any issue with that and are playing hardball with their warranty limit of ‘1 year’. That’s how crap their microwaves really are. Shocking.

@FirstinGlasgow Hi Sara. I got on the bus at Ingram Street. It happened at stops on Stockwell St and Victoria Road. I was sitting at the front and on both occasions, it was perfectly easy to let the passengers on. And the bus was driving slowly so he didn’t seem to be rushing. Disgraceful.

@FirstinGlasgow it’s 7.08pm and I’m on a number 6 southbound bus (already running late) and am watching deliberate and unconcerned efforts of the driver to not collect passengers running to catch the bus. And you wonder why folk choose other modes of transport. 🤔

@FirstinGlasgow I’d like to submit a receipt for our taxi fare we due to this failure. We had given ourselves plenty of time to get to our destination (a concert at Glasgow Green) and waited an hour with no bus meaning we were going to be late if we waited any longer.
