1. Do not complain about anything.
If the thing is within your control, then go do something about it. If the thing is out of your control, then it's just a waste of energy to complain about it.

Starting a business can be painful.
You feel lost 97% of the time - the ups and downs are gut-wrenching.
I wish I had a cheat sheet of principles for my first startup.
So I wrote one.
Here are 40+ learnings about entrepreneurship I wish I knew sooner:
Being too busy can make us unhappy, but so can being too idle.
New data: life satisfaction in the U.S. peaks at ~2-5hrs of free time per day.
Time poverty fuels stress and burnout. Time abundance undermines purpose and progress.
The sweet spot is time affluence: having enough.
