Yesterday, I did a brief stopover at the section of Ahia Ohuru (New Market) at Ngwa Road, Aba, which was severely damaged by a fire outbreak on Saturday night. I was saddened by the sight of the damage and the loss of livelihoods for many of our hardworking traders.

I also observed that the market structures are in very poor condition and pose a great risk to the safety and health of the people. This is unacceptable and must be addressed urgently.

That is why I have directed the Mayor of Aba South, Chief Uche Wogu and the market leadership to work with the Greater Aba Development Authority (GADA) to come up with a plan to relocate the traders to a temporary site, demolish the old buildings, and rebuild a modern and well-planned market that will meet the needs of the traders and the customers.

Our administration is committed to ensuring that our markets are conducive, secure, and attractive for business activities. We will not allow any obstacle to hinder the progress and prosperity of our people.

I appeal to the traders and the public to cooperate with us as we embark on this project. I assure you that we will do everything possible to minimize the inconvenience and complete the work as soon as possible.

4. Mr. Tinubu therefore was not qualified to contest the election.

5. Mr. Tinubu must be disqualified according to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and prosecuted appropriately.

What is actually happening Nigeria with the Presidency started 16yrs ago in Anambra State.

Dr. Chris Nwabueze Ngige was declared winner in the 2003 Anambra Guber Elections by Abel Guobadia led INEC.

Peter Obi @PeterObi went to court and 3yrs later it was discovered that @OfficialPDPNig in collusion with @inecnigeria rigged the elections in favour of Ngige.

What happened afterwards??? NOTHING.

Ngige wasn't sanctioned, he went ahead to become a Senator and a 2 term Minister after occupying a mandate not rightfully his for 3yrs ooooo.

Abel Guobadia and INEC went scot free, nothing happened to them.
Till date Ngige is being referred to as an Ex Governor of Anambra State, zero salary refunds, and he is collecting 100% pension, on top a stolen mandate, according to Supreme Court.

Today, no matter what you do, like no matter what you must have done, you can get to any post you desire in Nigeria, no law is there to slow you down.

Imagine if Ngige and Guobadia both bagged 65yrs jail term each, with hard labour, The PDP sanctioned for 20yrs, everyone would think twice before doing any election malpractice.

Today, before our very eyes, Yakubu is still head of INEC, even when an INEC witness/staff admitted results were announced before total collation. He will still conduct another elections as INEC chair and nothing will happen. The 5 Judges rewrote our constitution before our very eyes, nothing still.

What could have been corrected with Ngige was allowed to fester, and today it has consumed our electoral and judicial processes.
