Afzal Guru, who is a surrendered militant and who was bent upon repeating the acts of treason against the nation, is a menace to the society and his life should become extinct. Accordingly, we uphold the death sentence.

People cry when floods happened in North East
Same people cry and Protest when dams are being built to stop the floods in North East
Then say china is 50 yr ahead of us
In India, demand a Uniform Civil Code and you're branded communal. Demand Sharia and you're celebrated as secular.
When equal laws are called communal and religious exceptionalism is called secular, the hypocrisy is the whole point.
How much has UP’s crime declined under Yogi Adityanath?

• 34.2% decline in murder cases
• 33.4% decline in rape cases

France is burning. India is not. Ask me why? It’s because of stable leadership and healthy public institutions. You can’t appreciate freedom until you experience fear.
I think what is actually needed is for Indian people to actually give a damn about their cities and fellow citizens.
Anybody using the "I pay taxes, I shouldn't have to do anything" excuse should go live in another country. India isn't developed, it's developing, so it needs patriots, not parasites. If this triggers you, it means you're part of the problem.
If you're not happy with the footpath (or a pothole, or anything else which is broken), fix it, or call someone to fix it, and don't give up until it's fixed. Be relentless. Be vocal. Be creative. Make it your mission to get that one thing fixed. Look at what Virendra (@Virendra0698) did by just calling the right people and being respectful (but also persistent). He and Arun Pai (@arunpaiblrwalks) along with the help of GBA and some wonderful volunteers turned an unofficial garbage dump into a pristine, beautiful footpath through sheer force of will.

French journalist Paul Amar:
“They came prepared. They had the addresses of town halls. They had addresses of Jewish shop owners.
In a street in Marseille, all businesses owned by Jews were set on fire. Businesses run by Muslims weren’t”
Not “looted”. The word you’re looking for is “equitably distributed” in the “people’s uprising” against the “repressive regime”.
