@O2 the worst customer service imaginable!! I have been a customer over 20+ years and been sold a watch contract that doesn’t exit! Also took a second contract which was not honoured! Been spoken to rudely by management in South Africa, 3 weeks and a still pending. #Horrendous
@O2 I have recieved many emails!! I need someone from management to call me as this is just ridiculous. I have wasted many hours of my time on the phone only to be spoken to rudely and be hung up on!!
@SofologyHelp I have had my sofas delivered on the 28th of April and had a damaged leg sent with one of my sofas and also had the delivery guys damage my floor and door. I have tried endlessly to make contact and have had emails sent emails back and forth without any luck.
@virginmedia Precisely my point! Your customer service is horrendous you are not@even willing to help anyone!!! I mean just take a look at the reviews the comments and issues people are having and how you people are dealing with them! You haven’t even asked me for an account number!
@virginmedia most horrendous customer service ever!!! I have been on the phone in total of 6 hours over a period of two days and have been transferred to 13 different people and hung up on more than 6times!!!! I still don’t have a resolution to my issue!!!!
@virginmedia If you can assure me this is not the level of service you aim to provide can you please call me to discuss my problem? I have spent best part of two hours just today alone on hold and speaking to people who cannot even speak proper english who have just transferred me round
@BritishGasHelp@BritishGas No engineer showed up yesterday and this is what I have recieved today. I mean no hot water or heating for 5 days! Well done British Gas!
@BritishGas if you are considering getting Homecare cover don’t waste your money! The service is appalling! They never turn up when booked in. Put that money aside and call out a proper establishment. I will be cancelling my top level cover!
@BritishGas an engineer was meant to be here on Tuesday and nothing. He turns up on Wednesday and agrees the boiler needs a part. Comes back Thursday fits it and leaves. I still have no hot water or heating!
@BritishGasHelp whilst on hold a complaints handler calls me and I advise him I’m still without hot water and heat. He said he was expecting to apologise to me and clear the complaint? Seriously?! He offered me zero help!!
@BritishGas I honestly don’t expect any result from here as this company is a disgrace! I am a priority listened customer as I have a child with a serious condition. I have the top level home care 400 cover. I have been without hot water and heating since Monday (4days!)
