Ester Boserup’s 2023 prize is awarded to #SilviaRiveraCusicanqui, for her contribution to social sciences. She gave a brilliant lecture inspired by Guaman Poma de Ayala chronicles and Andean Cosmovision.
In this book Professor Mhoze Chikowero demonstrates how missionaries targeted the places Africans considered sacred, destroyed them and established mission stations there. This was a very well calculated colonial project.
