Presented at #ESMO24:
Among patients with advanced melanoma, median overall survival was 72 months with nivolumab plus ipilimumab and was 37 months with nivolumab alone, as compared with 20 months with ipilimumab alone.

NADINA update from @MinkeLucas: DMFS data🚨 18 mo DMFS 85.7 vs 62.4%. Patterns of distant recurrence shown. MPR 60.8%. pCR 98.2% 18 month DMFS. The DMFS data are a key addition to the field. Ongoing clear superiority of neoadjuvant ipi1/nivo3 over adjuvant PD-1. Further evidence that NADINA is a new standard of care. #ESMO24 @OncoAlert
We lost a legend today. Jeff meant so much to the fields of melanoma and immuno-oncology. We were fortunate to learn from him and share the fruits of his labor with our patients. May his memory be a blessing.
Great presentation at #ASCO24 from Dr. Christian U. Blank of @NKI_nl on Neoadjuvant nivolumab plus ipilimumab versus adjuvant nivolumab in macroscopic, resectable stage III melanoma: The phase 3 NADINA trial. #Immunoptherapy#SITC24#immunotherapy
More from the #ASCO24 Plenary Session: NADINA results: Neoadjuvant Ipi + Nivo w/ the possibility of additional adjuvant therapy yields superior EFS compared w/ adjuvant Nivo alone in pts w/ macroscopic stage III #melanoma: https://t.co/IEdyN7mpVv #ASCODailyNews#melsm
